Book Entertainment For Your Christmas Events at Great British Speakers 2021

11th Oct 2021

Last year even lockdown couldn’t dampen the Christmas Spirit as we all tried to celebrate with virtual Christmas celebrations! However this year, as businesses have re-opened, many are hoping to hold their Christmas events again in-person – and we couldn’t agree more!

So this year, we’re working alongside some of the most magical entertainers in the business, such as doctor-turned-mindreader and hypnotist Aaron Calvert. After swapping his stethoscope for the stage, Aaron now uses his charm and showmanship to fill theatres around the UK, on TV and at corporate events. This Christmas, Aaron is working alongside us to offer our clients something completely unique this festive season.

And Aaron isn’t our only trickster proving that a corporate magician is a great way to entertain and intrigue your guests. Ben Hanlin (left) is just one of our close-up magicians – you may recognise him from the 12th season of Dancing on Ice (ITV, 2020).

Interactive Demos and Tastings

Want to do something slightly different to bring your team together at your work Christmas party this year? Then why not book Wine Expert Joe Wadsack for a live (or virtual) winter wine tasting spectacular. Or perhaps a cosy Christmas cuppa with Jane Maylon’s afternoon tea is more your team’s style? Or would you rather bake some festive treats this Christmas, with TV Chef Dean Edwards or chocolatier Marc Demarquette? –

No matter what entertainment you’re after for your work Christmas event this year, directors Jane Farnham and Steve Denison are here to help, contact bookings@greatbritishtalent.com to start the search to find your perfect interactive Christmas event entertainment.

After Dinner Speakers

Finding the perfect after-dinner speaker for your event can be difficult with so many options to choose from. Luckily, at Great British Speakers, we only work with the crème de la crème of the speaking world, making the decision far easier for busy event planners like you. After all, hiring an after-dinner speaker for a Christmas event can be a great way to motivate and inspire and promote positivity after a tough year re-adjusting to ‘the new normal.’

Event & Award Hosts

If at the end of another pretty tough year you’re looking to award your team, why not add a bit of Hollywood glamour and hold a very glitzy Christmas awards ceremony. What the prizes are is up to you, but when it comes to hosting, why not hire a presenter who is experienced in speaking with stars…

Event hosts such as Craig and Amy are no strangers to live hosting and will help ensure your event runs smoothly to see them in action – click on the links above to view their showreels. Alternatively, we have hundreds of voiceover artists who are experienced Voice of God announcers. Able to record live or provide pre-recorded audio, our artists have been announcers for the biggest events worldwide, including the Olympics 2012 Games and BAFTA.
