For his television work, Grayson won the Royal Television Society award for Best Network Production (for Why Men Wear Frocks) and received a BAFTA for Specialist Factional Television Programme (for All in the Best Possible Taste with Grayson Perry).

He also won a Grierson Award for Documentary Presenter of the Year.

His acclaimed documentary Who Are You earned Grayson the Best Arts Programme award by The Royal Television Society and Best Specialist Factual Programme at the BAFTA’s.

His artwork from the series was later exhibited in the National Portrait Gallery. In 2014, he was awarded a CBE.

Grayson has also made guest appearances on Have I Got News for You and The Culture Show. As a speaker, Grayson has held talks at Tate Modern and featured on BBC Radio 4.

He was also the first artists to deliver the prestigious Reith Lectures for Radio 4.
