Writing for magazines, and with her own book publication releases, Anna’s become known for her work on body positivity, diet and lifestyle. Her first book, Anna Richardson’s, Body Blitz is a strong advocate for body confidence.
Anna is the host of the podcast, Health Fact vs Fiction with Anna Richardson and is also the founder of mind-box.co.uk, an online help centre dedicate to mental health. Anna herself is a qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist.
Anna was noted by Female First as one of the ten most ”influential queer women in Britain”. She appears here alongside our other Great British Talents Sandi Toksvig and Nicola Adams.
